We accept most major insurances. All co-pays and deductibles are expected to be paid upon arrival unless other arrangments have been made.
Legal matters are not covered by insurance. Please notify the office if you are here for court- ordered evaluations or treatment. If you believe we will be asked to testify please notify us in advance so we may discuss times, fees and other issues that may arise.
